Gender Equality Index (French law) – Companies with 50 to 250 employees
In accordance with the French Law of September 5, 2018 on the “Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, the Cave de Jurançon publishes its Gender Equality Index.
