Our commitment

q u a l i t y a b o v e a l l

Our primary objective is to meet your expectations by offering high-quality wines that are delightful to enjoy and suited to every occasion. To achieve this, we have implemented a series of meticulous control processes that begin in the vineyard and continue throughout every stage of production.

Bourgeons - Cycle de la vigne

In the vineyard, for instance, a dedicated commission ensures the application of best practices in vine management. Every step of vineyard work follows a very strict set of specifications and is systematically verified by an independent control body.

Our Vineyard team manages a pilot plot that allows us to test new working methods which, if proven effective, are then shared with all our cooperative winegrowers thanks to our certification frameworks.

These various controls not only guarantee superior quality but also ensure complete traceability of our wines. Our commitments have been recognized through triple certification: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety).

Driven by our commitment to preserving and enhancing our heritage, we have made environmental respect a top priority. Initially engaged in the “Sustainable Agriculture” approach, we have now achieved the highest level of certification: High Environmental Value (HVE).

This certification was developed in response to the objectives set during the Grenelle Environmental Forum, with the aim of recognizing farms and estates that follow particularly environmentally friendly practices. It is now officially recognized and awarded by accredited organizations.

Environmental protection continues within our winery, driven by our commitment to preserving natural resources.

Since 1998, we have operated our own wastewater treatment station, based on a completely natural depollution system.

It consists of a semi-buried 6,000 m³ basin for storage, a 400 m² silica bed for treatment, and a 100 m² reed bed dedicated to sludge purification.

In 2011, we equipped ourselves with a state-of-the-art bottling facility, designed to blend harmoniously into its environment.

The air-conditioning system, for example, operates using the nearby Neez stream, which runs alongside the building.

Furthermore, the hot water required for sterilizing the bottling line is generated by 70 m² of solar panels.
