Terroir & Vinification
Made from vines over 25 years old, planted on clay-limestone slopes, this wine reflects all the richness of its terroir.
After rigorous selection and manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for 15 to 20 days, with 1 to 2 delestages to gently extract color and body.
This cuvée is aged in stainless steel vats for 24 months.
