Tasting
- An intense, bright straw-yellow colour.

- Ample from the attack, its liveliness, fruity aromas and depth create a beautiful harmony on the finish.
Already well-balanced in its current state, it nonetheless has real ageing potential.
Terroir & Winemaking
This wine is the result of a hillside vineyard carefully selected for its unique terroir: a soil composed of clay mixed with gravel and siliceous limestone pebbles, ideal for showcasing the full typicity of Jurançon.
Made from grapes rigorously hand-selected at over-ripeness after naturally drying on the vine, this wine expresses the full richness of its terroir.
Vinified in accordance with tradition, it then undergoes 10 months of ageing in stainless-steel tanks.
Each wine has its own story...
Located in the village of Saint-Faust, Domaine de Lasserre is today one of the historic wines in our selection.
The Lasserre family cultivates 12 hectares of vines on a rolling, sun-drenched terroir facing the majestic Pyrenees.
