Terroir & Winemaking
These noble grape varieties, typical of our region, are planted on both lowland and hillside plots within the Béarn appellation area, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean.
Hand-picked and harvested. The grapes are placed in tank after destemming for a 10-day maceration. Fermentation and extraction of tannins and colour take place before a 6-month maturation in stainless-steel tanks.
