Terroir & Vinification
After a traditional winter, a humid spring, a sunny summer, and finally a warm, dry autumn swept by the southern wind provided ideal conditions for excellent ripeness.
In early October, only the healthiest and most golden grapes were carefully harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed before low-temperature fermentation.
