Terroir & Vinification
Hand-harvested during 2ᵉ and 3ᵉ selections, between late October and early November. A beautiful exposure, facing the Pyrenees mountain range, this wine comes from the sunny Jurançon hillsides, where Gros and Petit Manseng grown in hautains flourish. This harvest captures all the aromatic richness of the grapes, concentrated by time and nature.
After delicate draining and gentle pressing, the juice undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation, preserving the intensity of its aromas.
Aging on fine lees enhances texture and adds complexity, before bottling.
Each cuvée has its own story...
A Jurançon typical of the Appellation, featuring the subtle marriage of Petit Manseng (power and aroma) and Gros Manseng (freshness).
