Terroir & Vinification

These noble grape varieties, typical of our region, are planted on hillside plots in the Béarn appellation area, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean.

Hand-picked and harvested. The grapes are placed in tank after destemming for maceration. Fermentation and extraction of tannins and colour take place before a 10- to 15-day maturation.
