Terroir & Winemaking

These noble grape varieties, typical of our region, are planted on hillside plots in the Béarn appellation area, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean.

Hand-picked and harvested. Wine made by direct pressing, favoring a gentle extraction of aromas and an attractive color.

The wine is then bottled in the heart of winter to retain all its freshness and aromas.
