Terroir & Winemaking

Nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, our hillside vineyard benefits from an ideal South/South-East exposure, allowing the grapes to reach optimal ripeness.

This wine comes from the first Petit Manseng harvested during the vintage, blended with Gros Manseng picked at full maturity at the end of the first selection.

After gentle pressing and static settling, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve all the aromatic finesse. Aged on fine lees for several months.
